Can I evaluate the software before purchasing?

Yes. We provide trial versions for all our software. You can visit the related product page to download the free trial version. In general, trial versions have very few functional differences from the registered versions.

Is it safe to purchase products from your website?

Yes. All your personal information is secured and will not be disclosed to anyone else.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept most payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal.

Why is the price on your website different from that in the cart?

The price on our website is tax-excluded. The payment platform charges taxes for orders in European Union countries (VAT), United Kingdom (VAT), Australia (GST), Japan (JCT) and some states of USA (Sales Tax). These tax laws may cause you to have an additional charge added.

Will I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes, we provide an electronic invoice for each order. As soon as your order has been processed successfully, the payment platform will send a confirmation e-mail with your electronic invoice. If you need further assistance, contact us with your order details including your Order Number.

Will I get a physical copy of the product?

No. Because our products are computer software, we only provide free download and upgrade for our customers.

How do I know if my order is processed?

You will receive the confirmation e-mail from the payment platform that your order goes through. Do not see it? Follow the solutions as below:

1.Check the email in the spam/junk folder.

2.Check if your credit card/PayPal account to see if the payment is successful.

3.Neither works? Contact our support team, and we will help you to check the status of your order.

What shall I do if I didn’t get the registration code?

The registration code will be delivered via e-mail together with the confirmation e-mail from the payment platform. If you didn’t get an e-mail in one hour, contact our support team for help.

What shall I do if I purchase the wrong product?

Please contact our support team to exchange the license key. You may need to pay the price difference.

Can I cancel the order after placing it?

All the products follow the model of try before you buy. Before you purchase the product, you must have known if the product can meet your demands from the trial version.

Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled via payment platforms, once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. If there’s something wrong with our product and our team can't solve it, we will consider to give you a refund according to our Refund Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription and auto-renewal on MyCommerce?

Head to https://account.mycommerce.com/SubscriptionCancellationRequest/index, and you can cancel your subscription(s) through your MyAccount or by filing in the cancellation form.

How long is the validity period of my registration code?

The "1 Month License" is valid for one month. The "1 Year License" is valid for one year. The lifetime registration code works lifetime. After you purchased our product, you will get free upgrade and free technical support.

Can I use the registration code on both Windows and Mac computers?

No, one registration code does not work for both Windows and Mac versions. If you want to use our product on both Windows and Mac, you need to purchase one registration code for each system. If you purchased the wrong version, please contacts our support team to exchange it as soon as possible.

Is there any discount if I want to purchase a second license key?

Yes, we provide discount for customer who once purchased our software. Please contact our support team for more details.

What shall I do, if the registration code is invalid?

Firstly, you need to ensure that the product you are trying to register is the one that you have purchased. Then, double-check the spelling of the register e-mail address and the registration code. If it still doesn’t work, you can contact our support team for assistance.

What shall I do, if I lost my registration code?

Contact our support team and provide the e-mail address that you used to purchase the license key.

Can I use my registration code on another computer?

Yes. As long as your registration code is used on less than the authorized computers (1 Month/1 Year License: 1 computer, Lifetime License: 3 computers), you can use it on a new computer. Otherwise, you need to contact our support team to get the code reset.
